focuses on toning and strengthening mid-section and the abdominal muscles
that support it. Gain stability and
improve balance, twisting, side bending.
Back strengthening in every class.
No weights involved, and almost no crunches! All you need is a yoga mat and a
smile. No previous experience or shoes

Registration
in all programs requires an Erindale/Arbor Creek Community Association
Membership Card for an annual fee of $10 per household.
The Membership Cards will expire August 31st
each year, so all fall registrations will require the purchase of a new
Card. The EACCA
honors membership cards
issued by other Saskatoon community Associations.
A
$25 fee will be charged on all late registrations.
Refund
Policy
Community
Association Membership Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Requests
to withdraw from a program are to be made to the program co-ordiator
ONLY, not
to the teacher or leader of the program.
Requests
to withdraw will only be accepted within two weeks of the start of the
program.
Requests
to refund program fees will be at the discretion of the program
co-ordinator,
based on their ability to find a replacement participant in the program.
Refunds
of program fees, if any, will be subject to a $5 administration fee.
