Registration will only take place after the Annual General Meeting if ALL Board Positions have been filled.
The EACCA fall flag football season (in conjunction with Saskatoon Minor Football) is set to kick off
this September. This 7 on 7 format is open to boys and
girls from grade one through grade 10.
The
program begins in early September and concludes in mid-October. The schedule will be announced as soon as possible after registration is completed.
The fee is $50 this season and will cover all costs including league fees and equipment. There is no uniform deposit for this activity as uniforms are provided. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE REGISTRATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
CO-EDCOLT DIVISION - Grade 1 and 2
STAMPEDER DIVISION - Grade 3 and 4
HILLTOP DIVISION - Grade 5 and 6
HUSKIE DIVISION - Grade 7 and 8
RIDER DIVISION - Grade 9 and 10
GIRLS
HILLTOP DIVISION - Grade 3 - 5
HUSKIE DIVISION - Grade 6 - 8

Refund and Withdrawal Policy
- Community Association Membership Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Request to withdraw from the program and for a refund of program fees are to be made to the program coordinator ONLY and not the coach or team manager.
- Requests to withdraw from the program will be accepted within one month from the date of registration or two weeks from the start of the team schedule, whichever is LATER.
- Requests to withdraw from the program will be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Substantial conflicts with other sports or activities.
- Where the participant has earned their way onto a zone team (ie. Aurora).
- Where the participant has moved away from Saskatoon.
- Due to a significant illness or injury which prevents participation for the remainder of the season.
- Where a refund is requested, the Erindale-Arbor Creek Community Association may require that satisfactory evidence be provided substantiating the basis for the requested refund.
- Late requests to withdraw from the program will be accepted only under the most extraordinary of circumstances and will be at the complete discretion of the program coordinator. Refunds associated with such late requests will be for only those months that the player did not participate in practices or games.
